Asian culture has long practiced a master-apprentice system of learning and this discipline trend continues into pole dancing, with Asia producing some of the world’s most innovative generation of master instructors, and in reflection of their drive, outstanding academies.
Popularity of Pole Dancing as art and fitness is increasing significantly in Asia, and so is the market competition with unknown new instructors appearing at a sometimes-questionable rate. It is now even more necessary to highlight key pole masters from across Asia with relevant dance and fitness training whose own academies offer safe and effective programs.
Find your way to the light side with Viva Vee’s “Essential Asian Guide of Pole Dancing Masters”, sharing the honourable Asian spirit in pole dancing to those unfamiliar with Asia, and empowering those who live in Asia with ideal pole dancing choices.

SUZIE “MING” WONG presents
Having practiced pole fitness for several years now and performing extensively for the last 3, Ming discovers just how effective it is for ladies to lose weight, get toned and trimmed with pole fitness. Not one who enjoys going to the gym or sweating it out on a track, Ming picked up pole dancing because she wanted to have some fun incorporating dance to a fitness regime. Then she began to realize that it is much more to just dancing as pole fitness worked her abs, thighs, biceps, triceps, practically every muscle as pole fitness uses one’s own body as weights. Hence, she has crafted a syllabus, following that of UK syllabus that will help every woman have a good work out and at the same time be in touch with her sensuality
Her pole fitness studio is named Acro Polates, with its website www.polefessional.com.sg. Barely 10 months starting its first class, they now boast about 100 members who take classes ranging from beginners (basic pole-gram), intermediate (pole-gress), advance (pole-tential) and pole-fessional levels.
“3 and half years later into practising and performing pole art (my performance website is www.suziewong.com.sg), I can now achieve all the advance and extreme moves including knee hold, aysha, superman, pencil, super invert, death lay, yogini, handspring, twisted grip handspring, a catalogue of my moves can be seen here http://www.polefessional.com.sg/gallery.php”
