Men and women from all over the country will compete to claim the title of Pole Dancer of the Year. The competition takes place in three rounds. All dancers must come prepared to perform four different solos. First is the elimination round. All dancers that do not show exceptional technique, style, presentation, and poise will be eliminated. Round two will showcase the standard of the Pole Dance USA Championship with the best the nation has to offer. After second eliminations we will have round three, the top dancers will dance off with a final number to compete for Pole Dancer of the Year 2011. A VIDEO must be submitted to apply for the competition (this can be a facebook, youtube, or video file) and you must be accepted before paying for entry into the championship. There will be over $1,000 in cash and prizes given to the ultimate champion.
All dances must be under five minutes long. All dancers applying must submit a video to be accepted into the competition. You must be 18 years or over to enter. Male/Female intimate body parts must be covered in your costume. Your video will be featured on our new YouTube channel. Email Adam Apple Media at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the printable application that must be signed and faxed back for possible entry. All contestants must pay an $80.00 entry fee before 12/30/10, after 1/1/11 a late entry fee is $100.00, you may pay for your entry after being accepted for the competition. The cut off date to enter the competition is January 15, 2011. Pole Dance USA will be receiving a group rate at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott a few blocks away and in walking distance from the Granby Theatre. There will also be workshops and demonstrations plus a lot of good times and a good night out. Our confirmed judges are Torwa Joe better known as Fiya Starta, Josiah “Bad Azz” Grant, and Annemarie Davies.
