Pole Press beginning movement

Work your whole body using the pole press

Stand directly behind the pole.  Step feet apart until you are in a wide stance squat position.  Press body against the pole. Keep your arms bent and tight. Lift knees upward and press until knees are together. Separate knees outward and then drop to resting position. Continue until you have reached 10 reps to complete 1 set.
